Is there a way to come out of it and lead a perfect blissful life with no tensions, no stress? Answer is emphatic YES. To lead a blissful life one has to understand himself in total. It is called Self Knowledge. By understanding the Self Knowledge, one will elevate to the state of Bliss. He will lead a Stress-Free life. Let us know and understand the science of the Self. We are Consciousness. Consciousness is a speck of Cosmic Consciousness.
Consciousness comes to this Earth plane with suitable body and it selects the environment and parents and situations to suit its purpose of life. Consciousness creates the Body and comes out of the mother’s womb. Then it creates Mind to understand the situations, to understand the language and to express it-self and to guide the other parts of the body. Consciousness is nothing but Energy and Knowledge. Consciousness is body-mind-intellect-self and beyond. This is what we call ‘I’. When we are in total we are with body-mind-intellect and Self, we are in the stream of Cosmic Energy and we are connected to our totality. When we receive abundant Cosmic Energy, our core energy increases. Our Mind becomes more clean and transparent. With this we will be able to understand the situations we are in total. We will have all the Energy and Knowledge to handle the situations. We will be able to experience our situations with total understandings. Consequently we feel the situations as just experiences, nothing more than that. We will be able to flow with our situations with utmost ease. With this we will be blissful at all situations and times. But we identify ourselves with body and mind alone. With these wrong understandings, our mind starts perceiving the situations we are in, in a wrong way and it hinders the flow of Cosmic Energy. We only receive Cosmic Energy in Sleep and whenever we are in deep silence. We spend this Cosmic Energy for our day to day activities. As we grow old, our mind layers becomes thicker and thicker and the inflow of Cosmic Energy reduces drastically. Consequently the Cosmic Energy we receive is insufficient to handle our day to day activities. When we have very low Energy, we can’t work with full potency. We feel tired, tensed and later we are unable to cope up with the situations we are in. This is what we call STRESSFUL LIFE.
The only way to come out of Stress is being with our totality. Normally we will be In this state during our sleep. Consciously we can be in this state. We call this state as Meditative State. You can achieve and be in this state always.
Here are the ways to achieve this state. Study these steps. It is very easy to know and to understand and to become That. You will see lot of changes within you. It reflects in your life. You will come out of Stress very easily. You will lead a happy and blissful life.
Ways to manage yourself - Stress Management
- Meditation is the way to be with oneself in-total. Do Meditation every day, where ever you are. Do Meditation for 45 minutes twice a day. Any time is okay for Meditation.
- What ever work you do, do it in-total. Be with your work in-total. Give all your Energy and Knowledge to it. Just work for now. Never analyze about future now. Never analyze the consequences that may or may not arise from the work. Work for work. Be total.
- Live in Now. Never think of the past or dream of future. Past is past. You can’t change. Future is unknown as of now. Just be in the moment.
- While doing your work, if unnecessary thoughts creeps in or haunts you, stop your work for a while. Take a deep breath. Relax. Mind becomes calm momentarily. Then start the work again.
- Understand that- 'the situation you are in is your own creation'. You have all the Energy and Knowledge to handle it. Believe in your self in-total. Understand that you are capable of handling your situations in-total.
- Always look Within you. Never look for solutions outside you. For all your problems, solutions are always Within you. Never has it existed outside. So, never seek solutions from or through next person. Seek Within you.
- You are the cause and you are the one who can come out of it with your understandings and knowledge. No body can harm you. No body can make you unhappy. Never blame the next person for your inability or for your situations. Never feel that the problems are due to next person. Next person may be your Boss, your co-worker, your spouse, your children.
- Your world is the reflection of your inner Core. Your outer world changes when your inner Core changes. Because the world you perceive is your own 'Inner core reflections'. The outer person or the situation remains the same, but you will get enormous energy and Knowledge to grow above the next person or the situation. When you grow big in content, the situation looks very small. You will handle the situation with utmost ease. Then the situation becomes just an experience.
- When we handle situation with ease, situation is under our control. Then mind becomes calm and peaceful. You will be blissful.
These are the ways to come of your Stress. By studying and practicing it every minute, you will see lots of changes within you. You will be able to handle your situations with understandings. You feel more energetic and ultimately you will be STRSS FREE. Further you will elevate to a state of BLISS.
Meditation for Stress Relaxation:
these simple and profound instructions:
- Sit comfortably either on chair or in Sukhasana on the floor. Cross your legs,
clasp your fingers.
- Take few deep breaths.
- Relax.
- Slowly close your eyes.
- Do nothing. Just watch within Watch stillness within.
- Relax.
- No analysis, no judgment, nothing.
- Just be a pure witness or.
- Thoughts may come in between. Just witness the thoughts.
- Don't analyze, don't negate and don’t energize the thought.
- Allow it to pass. Let it go.
- You may start witnessing the breath in its normal flow.
- In-breath, out-breath.
- Just be with the Breath, just witness.
- Don't inhale or exhale consciously.
- Breath happens on its own.
- Just witness the breath or thought or silence or emptiness within. Just be.
- Meditate for 30 to 45 minutes in one sitting.
- Feel relaxed, feel energetic, feel fresh.
- Close the session by slowly opening your eyes.
- Sit in silence for few more minutes. Then come out of the session.
- See the changes in your self after Meditation. After few sessions of Meditation,
you feel more
- relaxed, more energetic. Further your core potency will increase. You are ready
to take bigger tasks.
